Freelance Recruiter (Manufacturing & Factory Workers)

We are looking for a freelance recruiter with proven experience hiring factory and manufacturing talent. You will manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating their first day. What You’ll Do - Source, screen, and interview candidates for factory positions such as Assembly Robot Operators, Machinery Engineers, factory workers, etc. - Schedule and confirm candidates for trial shifts or first work days. - Ensure candidates are properly prepared and show up as scheduled. - Maintain an organized hiring pipeline and calendar. Requirements - Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing factory/manufacturing workers. - Strong understanding of industrial and technical job requirements. - Full-cycle recruitment experience — from initial sourcing through onboarding coordination. - Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with speed and quality. - Strong scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up skills. - Comfortable working independently and remotely. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
