We are looking for a freelance HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our hiring process for senior sales, business development, channel partner management, and technical business roles. The recruiter will help us source, screen, and evaluate candidates mainly in India and Azerbaijan. The focus will be on senior profiles such as Senior Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Channel Partner Managers, Key Account Managers, Technical Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and other commercial roles related to spare parts, engines, heavy machinery, marine, defence, mining, oil & gas, and industrial markets. This is a part-time freelance role requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week. Responsibilities * Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Screen candidates based on sector fit, sales experience, business development ability, channel partner experience, technical product knowledge, salary expectations, communication skills, and availability. * Join initial interviews and help evaluate candidates professionally. * Prepare short candidate summaries with strengths, weaknesses, salary expectations, notice period, and overall recommendation. * Track candidate progress and follow up with candidates on a weekly basis. * Maintain a simple recruitment pipeline and provide weekly hiring updates. * Support hiring for senior sales, business development, channel partner management, key account management, technical sales, and technical business roles. * Help improve job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate evaluation criteria. Requirements * Professional English communication is required. * Turkish language ability is required, as the role will involve communication with Turkish-speaking management and internal teams. * Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search. * Experience hiring for senior sales, business development, channel partner, key account, technical sales, or technical business roles. * Experience with industrial, machinery, spare parts, engines, marine, defence, mining, oil & gas, or B2B technical markets is strongly preferred. * Ability to evaluate senior candidates beyond CV matching. * Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate screening skills. * Good understanding of salary expectations, notice periods, candidate motivation, and commercial role fit. * Ability to work independently and provide structured weekly updates. * Availability for approximately 5–10 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications * Recruitment experience in India and/or Azerbaijan. * Existing candidate network in senior sales, business development, channel partner management, technical sales, B2B sales, or commercial management. * Experience recruiting remote or international roles. * Experience joining interviews and supporting final candidate evaluation. Engagement This is a freelance, part-time position. Expected workload: 5–10 hours per week. The ideal consultant should be practical, structured, responsive, and capable of supporting us in finding high-quality candidates for senior commercial and technical business roles.
