What you'll do: Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job boardsб Upwork, and similar platforms Reach out, do a quick intro check (availability, English level, basic fit), and refer qualified candidates to us Help move candidates fast through a short hiring cycle - we move quickly and expect the same Who we're looking for (candidate profile): Manual QA testers comfortable with end-to-end testing Experience testing gaming products and/or payment flows is a strong plus Freelance/independent — available to work on an ongoing, long-term basis (not one-off gigs) Open to candidates based in Africa, LATAM, and Asia Compensation: $20 USD per successfully placed tester who starts working with us No cap — the more qualified testers you place, the more you earn Ongoing collaboration, ideal for recruiters who want a steady pipeline rather than a single placement Process: You source and pre-screen a candidate You refer them to us We run a quick interview + short paid test task If they pass, you get paid — and we're ready to onboard immediately If you have a strong network of freelance manual testers (especially in gaming or fintech/payments testing) and want a fast, repeatable placement pipeline, let's talk.
