Freelance Recruiters for Franchise System

We are a franchise system with 121 locations across the U.S. and Canada, and we are looking to build a small network of experienced freelance recruiters/hiring professionals that our franchise owners can engage directly when they need hiring support. **This is not a corporate recruiting position.** You would work directly with individual franchise owners, and each franchisee would contract with and pay you directly based on the level of support they need. The scope of work may vary significantly from one franchise location to another. Some owners may simply need help reviewing applicants and conducting interviews, while others may want full-cycle recruiting assistance from start to finish. Potential services may include: * Researching competitive wages within the franchisee's local market * Creating or improving job postings * Sourcing and screening candidates * Reviewing applications and resumes * Conducting initial phone or video interviews * Scheduling candidates for franchise owner interviews * Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process * Assisting with offers and pre-employment steps * Helping coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork * Providing general recruiting and hiring guidance to franchise owners Many of the positions our franchisees hire for are **construction, field service, labor, operations, and skilled/semi-skilled trade roles**. Some positions may experience higher-than-average turnover, while others may be seasonal depending on the location and climate. Our goal is to give our franchise owners a reliable resource they can turn to when hiring becomes time-consuming or difficult. Franchise owners are already managing sales, operations, customers, employees, and the day-to-day responsibilities of running their businesses. We want to provide an option that allows them to take some of the recruiting workload off their shoulders. We are looking for recruiters who are comfortable working with small-business owners and understand that every franchisee may need something different. You should be able to offer flexible levels of support rather than requiring every client to purchase the same recruiting package. We are initially looking to identify 3–4 recruiting partners who can support franchise locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. This has the potential to become an ongoing source of projects as franchisees throughout our system have hiring needs. Experience recruiting for construction, field service, trades, home services, or other high-turnover/hourly positions is strongly preferred.
