Freelance Rhino Expert

POSITION: RHINO EXPERT (FREELANCE) SALARY RANGE: Hourly or daily basis depending on the specifics workload, please provide both hourly and day rate and indicate if you are open and available to working on a project fee basis Leo Villareal Studio is a fine art studio located in Brooklyn, NY specializing in the creation of sequenced light artworks. We are looking for a senior Rhino modeler, with specific experience in restructuring and prepping architectural visualization and massing models for animation and rendering. Project Dates are mid July - Mid August 2026. EXPECTATIONS This person will regularly in the course of this project: Receive full and partial architectural massing models in Rhino .3dm format from the architects To our specifications, consolidate, edit, organize, optimize and export these models in polygon mesh format, ideally .fbx or .obj, for our use in our animation and rendering software. QUALIFICATIONS Must be expert in Rhino modeling, with specific experience in restructuring and prepping architectural visualization and massing models for animation and rendering. The model will be used in a Houdini / Touch designer workflow. Desirable to have experience with: animation, lighting and rendering, animation production workflows.
