Freelance Search Atlas / OTTO SEO Operator (Part-Time / Fractional Agency VA)

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a highly capable, independent Search Atlas Operator to manage ongoing SEO deliverables for a growing roster of clients. This is a fractional, part-time position starting with just a few hours per month. As we onboard new clients, we want to scale your hours up significantly. You will work alongside our development team, who will deploy the technical changes and layouts once your content is ready. Key Responsibilities: OTTO Implementation: Review, vet, and execute optimization suggestions generated by the OTTO SEO agent. Content Generation: Use the Search Atlas Content Assistant to write high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts and new landing page content. Digital PR: Write and format compelling press releases optimized for Search Atlas distribution networks. Off-Page SEO: Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities directly through the Search Atlas link-building tools. User Experience Analytics: Set up, monitor, and interpret website heatmaps to track user behavior. Reporting: Build and deliver professional, automated monthly white-label reports for our clients. Requirements: Proven, hands-on experience navigating the Search Atlas / LinkGraph software suite. Deep familiarity with OTTO SEO automation tools and the Content Assistant interface. Strong English copywriter with a portfolio of blogs and press releases. Experience with heatmap tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or Search Atlas native integrations).
