Freelance Smartlead Specialist We're looking for an experienced Smartlead specialist to work alongside our sales team on a freelance, hourly basis. This isn't a full-time role. We're looking for someone we can call on when we need expert support, whether that's troubleshooting issues, improving campaigns, building automations or advising on best practice. What you'll be doing Supporting our sales team with Smartlead questions and technical issues Building and optimising outbound campaigns Creating and improving Smartlead automations Advising on deliverability and campaign performance Helping troubleshoot inbox, domain and sending issues Recommending better ways of working as our outbound operation grows Working with us inside Slack for quick responses and collaboration What we're looking for Extensive hands-on experience with Smartlead is essential Deep understanding of cold email, deliverability and outbound best practices Experience with inbox rotation, domains, warming, DNS configuration and campaign optimisation Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Responsive, reliable and comfortable working remotely Before you apply Please include: Examples of Smartlead accounts you've managed Any measurable results you've achieved Your hourly rate Your availability Any relevant certifications, case studies or testimonials We're specifically looking for a genuine Smartlead expert, so we'll want to see evidence of your experience before moving forward.
