Summary

We're looking for a Freelance Experiential Social Media Manager to help us close that gap and start telling our story the way it deserves to be told. You'll take the grand, high-production events we execute week to week and translate them into content that captures their energy, scale, and detail for an online audience. Our primary focus right now is Instagram, where we have a clear goal: grow to 7,000 followers by December 2026 through organic content alone. Beyond Instagram, you'll also support our presence on TikTok and LinkedIn, helping us build a consistent, multi-platform voice. We're open to your input on the right content mix and cadence across these platforms to reach that goal. You'll work closely with our Founder and CEO, on content planning and creation. This is a collaborative role. Dera is deeply involved in the creative vision of the agency and wants a partner who can take her ideas, the raw footage and access from live events, and turn them into scroll-stopping content, while also bringing your own strategic recommendations to the table. Day to day, you'll be capturing and editing content from live activations, building out a content calendar, posting and optimizing across platforms, and tracking what's working so we can double down on it. You'll also have the flexibility to shape the role as you see fit. We want someone who treats this like their account, not just a checklist. This is a freelance, part-time engagement at approximately 20 hours per week, running through December 31, 2026. We're a fast-moving, hands-on team, so we're looking for someone who can move at our pace, communicate proactively, and doesn't need heavy oversight to get things done. The ideal candidate has prior experience with an experiential marketing or event agency specifically. Our content needs are different from a typical brand or retail account; we need someone who understands how to capture the scale and energy of live, large-format events and turn that into compelling social storytelling.
