Freelance Video Editor (LinkedIn & Instagram Content) About WorkSpa WorkSpa is an award-winning workplace wellbeing company supporting organisations through wellbeing workshops, workplace massage, nutrition, coaching and culture initiatives. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Video Editor to support an upcoming content creation project, with the potential for ongoing work. Project Overview We will be filming approximately 6-7 wellbeing experts, each delivering a series of pre-prepared talking points directly to camera. Each expert will record approximately 8-10 short videos, with each video lasting between 60-90 seconds. In total, we expect to produce approximately 60 final video clips. The content will be structured and rehearsed in advance, meaning the footage should be close to the final length when recorded. The videos will be used across LinkedIn and Instagram as educational and thought leadership content. Scope of Work The editing required is relatively straightforward and will primarily involve: Basic trimming and clean-up Colour correction and grading Audio balancing and enhancement Exporting videos in the correct format for LinkedIn and Instagram Maintaining a consistent and professional look across all content We do not require: Captions or subtitles Motion graphics Animations Extensive visual effects Complex editing Ideal Candidate Proven experience editing talking-head or educational content Strong attention to detail Experience editing content for social media platforms Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software Reliable communication and ability to meet agreed deadlines Budget Fixed project fee: £500 Please provide your estimated turnaround time and the number of hours you anticipate the project would take.
