Freelance Webinar Consultant & Producer (Zoom/Teams)

We are seeking an experienced webinar professional to support us in establishing and delivering a series of webinars using Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams. The initial engagement will focus on helping us design, set up, and run webinars successfully while providing guidance and best practices to our internal team. Our goal is to develop the skills, processes, and confidence required to transition webinar delivery in-house over time, reducing reliance on external support while maintaining a professional attendee experience. We are looking for someone who can act as both a hands-on webinar producer and a trusted advisor, helping us implement effective webinar workflows, troubleshoot technical challenges, and train our team on webinar management and attendee engagement. Key Responsibilities -Advise on webinar setup, configuration, and best practices -Support the planning and delivery of live webinars on Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams -Guide internal team members through webinar processes and responsibilities -Create documented processes and recommendations where appropriate -Manage screen sharing, presenter transitions, Q&A sessions, polls, and surveys -Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live events -Provide post-webinar editing and recordings -Create professional opening and closing webinar animations -Transfer knowledge and provide practical guidance to enable future webinars to be hosted internally. Preferably, we would like someone who is based near or within London
