We are seeking a skilled Freelance Drafter / Surveyor based in New Jersey (northern part of Hudson County) to conduct an on-site measured building survey of a residential property and translate those measurements into accurate, high-quality CAD floor plans. Project timeline within the next 1-2 weeks. Small residential apartment building, two floors/ 5 units (approx 1600sq per floor)
