Job Title: Senior PR Freelancer – High-Profile Travel Safety & Digital Tourism Global Launch (3-Month Contract) Category: Public Relations / Media Relations / Copywriting Job Type: Freelance Contract (Fixed-Price or Monthly Retainer) Duration: 3 Months Hours: Part-time / Project-Based (Must align with UAE/GST Timezone) Experience Level: Expert Location Preference: Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, with extensive networks in the UAE/GCC region Job Description KIT Global is looking for a well-connected, Expert-Level PR Freelancer to lead the international media relations and narrative execution for a high-stakes, travel safety and digital tourism platform launch This is a premium, high-visibility global campaign targeting 100% media saturation across the UAE and key inbound travel markets. The project sits at the intersection of travel technology, security, and visitor education, deeply integrated with regional entry and visa processes If you have a rock-solid media list in the GCC and a proven track record of launching government, tech, or tourism projects, we want to hear from you Core Responsibilities Tier-1 Media Relations: Map and pitch Top-Tier editorial contacts and journalists across our 5 target regions (including Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Arabian Business, Condé Nast Traveller, Skift). Press Kit & Narrative Management: Refine and distribute embargoed press releases, executive talking points, and comprehensive digital press kits (including platform demos, royal quotes, and branding assets). Post-Launch Momentum: Secure analytical case studies and platform profile pieces in global business, tech, and travel media outlets Required Qualifications 5+ Years of Premium PR Experience: Explicit success in Public Relations across the Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, FinTech, or Public/Government sectors. An Active Regional Rolodex: Immediate, active, and warm media contacts within the UAE and GCC press landscapes. Launch Proven: You have successfully launched at least 3 major campaigns in the tech or tourism space over the past 5 years Institutional Alignment: Prior experience working with UAE government entities, tourism boards, or high-profile institutional clients is a massive plus. Language & Logistics: Fluent professional English is mandatory. Arabic bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous.
