Freelancer with SIS Reporting Experience (e.g., Skyward/Qmlativ/FOCUS/PowerSchool/SchoolPathways)

We are seeking an experienced freelancer who specializes in working with K-12 Student Information Systems (SIS) to support schools in extracting and organizing raw data. This role is focused on helping school teams: -Generate .csv raw data files based on provided specifications -Locate and extract required data within their existing SIS -Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to build or run reports The ideal candidate understands how school data is structured and can translate technical processes into simple, actionable instructions for school staff. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Guide schools in generating pre-built and custom reports within their SIS - Identify and extract required data elements outlined in a specifications file - Support creation of accurate, clean .csv data exports - Provide clear written or live instructions for school staff to follow - Troubleshoot missing, inconsistent, or unclear data - Ensure outputs align with requested formats and reporting requirements Hands-on experience with at least one of the following SIS platforms: - Skyward -FOCUS -Qmaltiv Work would be on an ongoing, contract basis depending on the needs of schools.
