Freight Brokerage Partner Needed (Profit Share)

We are an 7 month U.S.-based freight brokerage (MC authority active) seeking an experienced freight broker, logistics sales professional, or freight agent to help manage daily operations and grow revenue. This is a remote, long-term opportunity with profit-sharing potential. What You Will Do: * Develop and manage direct shipper relationships * Handle daily brokerage operations (DAT, load coverage, carrier sourcing) * Negotiate freight rates with shippers and carriers * Coordinate shipments and ensure on-time execution * Help scale brokerage revenue through consistent freight booking Compensation: * Profit-sharing structure (15%) * Long-term growth opportunity as the brokerage scales Requirements: * Experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or freight dispatching * Familiarity with DAT or similar load boards * Ability to communicate with shippers and carriers professionally * Strong negotiation and sales skills * Self-driven and able to work independently Ideal Candidate: An independent freight broker, agent, or logistics sales professional looking for a flexible, high-upside opportunity to grow with an active brokerage.
