Summary

We are expanding a B2B E-Invoicing solution in France and are looking for an experienced French-speaking Product Support Specialist to support enterprise customers during implementation and production. This is not a generic customer support position. You'll work with finance, IT and ERP teams, helping customers resolve product, integration and configuration issues while coordinating with engineering teams in France and India. Responsibilities: • Become the first point of contact for French customers. • Handle support requests via email, tickets and occasional calls. • Troubleshoot product, configuration and integration issues. • Analyse API responses, XML/JSON payloads, logs and error messages. • Determine whether an issue is caused by: o product behaviour o customer configuration o integration o customer data o engineering defect • Prepare clear escalation documentation for Engineering. • Coordinate with Product and Engineering until resolution. • Keep customers regularly updated. • Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles. Requirements Must have: • Fluent / native French • Strong business English • 1–3+ years in Product Support, Technical Support or Application Support • Experience supporting B2B SaaS products • Comfortable reading: o APIs o JSON o XML o logs o error responses • Strong communication skills • Excellent problem-solving mindset Nice to have: • SAP • Oracle • Microsoft Dynamics • PEPPOL • E-invoicing • Finance or tax software • Compliance products • Incident management experience We're looking for someone who: • enjoys solving technical problems • communicates professionally with enterprise customers • takes ownership until issues are resolved • is structured and detail-oriented • can distinguish product defects from configuration or integration issues • works well with distributed international teams Engagement: • Long-term opportunity • Full-time preferred (38-40 hrs/week) • France business hours • Hourly contract • Budget: US$45–60/hour
