Ce rôles est en FRANCAIS et en ANGLAIS --- ### About the Company We are an online art school specializing in drawing courses, with a small selection of physical products (notebooks, magazines, art supplies). --- ### About the Role We are looking for a Meta Media-Buyer and a Campaign manager to take charge of current advertising campaigns. Your main mission: Proactive Media buying on Facebook Ads, mostly for direct-to-sale campaigns. The person must not only execute ad creation, but actually make sure marketing is aligned from ad to sales page. Your goal is to increase conversions, and improving ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). A real proactivity is needed for this role, with a problem solving mindset. Tasks - Define account strategy according to target KPIs - Manage daily Facebook Ads and suggest creative angles to boost results - Write compelling ad copy, emails, video scripts, and objection-handling messaging - Follow up on graphic design and video creation with team members - Suggest optimization from ads to funnel and KPIs aren't reached --- Availability: The schedule is flexible, but you’ll need some overlapping hours with the team based in North America (Eastern Time), for example between **8 AM and 8 PM EST**. We require that the media buyer look at campaigns at least once a day, to detect quickly over or underspending, as well as bugs. Estimated initial workload: 5-10 hours/week, with potential for more as you get trained and take on more responsibility. 💰 Compensation: To be discussed based on the range provided in the job posting. --- About You Your experience matters more than your formal education. ✅ Required Skills & Experience: - Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns - Familiarity with building high-converting sales funnels and landing pages - Strong understanding of audience psychology and marketing creativity - Experience with complex email automations (segmentation, triggers, sequences) Tools we use: - ClickFunnels - Shopify - ActiveCampaign - ManyChat - Facebook Ads - Google Ads - Zapier --- ✅ Performance Expectations (with real-world results): - Experience managing funnels generating $50K–100K+ per month - Managed advertising budgets of $40K–70K+ per month - Experience leading or coordinating within a marketing team --- 🎁 What This Role Offers You: - Autonomy & tangible impact – You make strategic decisions and see real results. - Creative & meaningful work – The art niche is uplifting and filled with wonderful people.
