Summary

I want to convert 2D floor plans into 3D lower poly less than 100K triangles, less than 18 textures, less than 25MB fbx. gltf, glb and usdz file formats to use in mobile AR. Model must include style of furniture, fixtures, and accessories as provided in supplied photos of the actual model apartment. Send me a sample gltf (glb) and a usdz file of something similar that you have created so I can test in the AR software for both iOS and Android mobile deployment.
