Your sole mandate during this 15-day sprint is to take finalized Figma wireframes provided by our CEO and translate them into pixel-perfect, lightning-fast web layouts using modern frontend frameworks. You will not be designing a corporate roadmap; you will be shipping clean code to act as the visual interface for our data engine. 🛠 Scope of Work & Team Ecosystem You will sit cleanly within a highly structured, non-overlapping engineering squad: • Product & QA Gatekeeping: The CEO acts as the definitive Product Owner. She provides the wireframes, defines the user workflows, and conducts strict quality control against presentation metrics. • Intelligence & Core Engine: The Systems Lead (Amitesh) owns the core technical architecture, including the backend API endpoints, database structures, and automated data extraction pipelines. You will consume his data schemas to populate your frontend states. • Automation & Security: The Data Lead (Sakshi) manages the database rules, open-source data schemas, and automated ingestion pipelines. • Your Domain: You own the presentation layer entirely. You will write the clean React/Next.js and Tailwind CSS components that bring their backend data arrays to life visually. 💻 Core Technical Responsibilities • Design-to-Code Execution: Convert raw Figma wireframes, transaction reporting dashboards, and complex analytical visualization elements into modular, pixel-perfect frontend code. • Performance Optimization: Build with extreme layout discipline, ensuring public dashboards load in under 2 seconds on standard mobile viewports. • API Ingestion & Reactive States: Seamlessly map frontend states to backend JSON data contracts. Build reactive UI elements, such as immediate, real-time transaction overlays (e.g., automated status updates updating instantly via webhooks without page reloads). • Dynamic Utility Integration: Integrate open-source QR code rendering utilities linked directly to structural data tables. 🧳 Candidate Requirements • The Hybrid Profile: 5+ years of verified freelance experience acting as a Front-End Developer with a flawless eye for design parity. Experience with Vercel deployment, managing responsive state changes, and handling interactive charts/analytics layouts. • Sprint Discipline: Absolute commitment to a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment. You must be able to dedicate 10–15 hours per week for the next 15 days and respect strict daily delivery deadlines. • No Red Tape: We are looking for an execution-focused builder who thrives when handed clean instructions.
