Front-End Developer to Recreate Our Framer Site in HTML/CSS

We have a website built in Framer and we want it recreated as a real coded website in HTML and CSS. Front-end focused. We just want a clean, fast site that looks great and feels good to scroll through. The Framer file already exists, so the job is to faithfully recreate it in code while keeping the design and feel intact. Please note: We are a startup, so direction can shift now and then. We are looking for someone flexible who is comfortable iterating and adapting as things evolve. Essential: Knowledge of using Framer is essential, at least intermediate level. You should be comfortable reading and working directly from our Framer file. What we're looking for: Good UI/UX sense matters, since the rebuild needs to stay polished and on-brand. We work in a vibecoding style, so being fluent with AI-assisted building tools is a big plus. We also want someone who can design, not just build. Here is how our team works: we create the wireframes, our designer takes some of them into visual design, and another teammate handles the Framer build. You would support across that whole flow, from design through to Framer implementation, so being versatile between designing and building is important. On the build side we want solid HTML and CSS. The site should feel smooth and well-paced as you scroll. Nice to have: Knowledge of setting up Shopify, or integrating Shopify with Framer, is a strong plus.
