Front End Manager – Multi-Store E-commerce (50+ Shopify Stores) | Full-Time

We run a fast-growing e-commerce operation with a portfolio of 50+ fashion stores built on Shopify. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Front End Manager to take full ownership of everything customer-facing across all stores. The Role You will be responsible for the entire front end of our store portfolio. This is not a single-store job — you need to manage at scale, keep quality consistent across 50+ stores, and build systems so things run without constant firefighting. Responsibilities Own and manage the front end of 50+ Shopify stores (themes, layouts, branding, site speed, mobile experience) Create and manage product listings at scale: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, collections Ensure checkout and payment flows work flawlessly across all stores; troubleshoot payment issues quickly Build systems, SOPs, and workflows so store setup, listing, and maintenance are repeatable and efficient Launch new stores end-to-end and keep existing stores updated and converting Monitor store performance, spot issues (broken pages, payment errors, listing problems) and fix them proactively Coordinate with the owner and back-end/fulfillment side to keep operations smooth Requirements Proven experience managing multiple Shopify stores at the same time (please describe this in your proposal — how many stores, what you did) Strong knowledge of Shopify: themes, apps, collections, checkout settings, store configuration Solid understanding of payment processing and payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) and how to resolve payment issues Experience with bulk product listing and product feed/catalog management A systems-builder mindset: you document processes, automate where possible, and can train others Excellent written English, reliable, and available full-time (40 hrs/week) Self-starter who takes ownership — you manage the front end, we shouldn't have to chase you Nice to Have Experience with fashion/apparel e-commerce or dropshipping Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, spreadsheets/scripts, AI tools) Basic HTML/CSS/Liquid for theme tweaks Experience leading or training VAs How to Apply Start your proposal with the word "PORTFOLIO" so we know you read this.
