Frontend Programmer (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, Vue) - NO AI

I am looking for a "Project Finisher" - a frontend programmer who will take nearly-complete projects and polish them, finishing them off. This is primarily a testing, polishing, and frontend programming job, using HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, and Vue. The person I'm looking for has a good eye for design and can improve the look of a website to a finished product with or without a figma design. I need you to have a designer's eye. This is a long term job. I have a specific testing/development process that is cumbersome and complicated. It is not a "normal" IDE development experience. This job is for someone willing to learn a new set of tools and testing process. It is slower and takes longer than normal IDE development. I am extremely tired of "developers" who are delivering AI code. If you use AI to code for this job and I see "AI slop" in your code, then I will terminate the job immediately with low feedback. This job will require doing a sample project. The sample project will be paid at a low fixed rate and includes the learning of how to use the development/testing process. If the sample project is not completed, then it will not be paid. This sample process allows me to evaluate multiple candidates and choose who I want to work with. In your application, say "weird way to test". The backend uses Visual Studio, .NET, C#. But since you are doing frontend programming, I am not sure you will need to do any of that. Whatever hourly rate you apply with will be the hourly rate for the job for a minimum of 6 months. Do not apply with a lower hourly rate and then ask me in 1 month to change the rate.
