U.S. Fulfillment Partner Needed – Inventory Storage & Order Shipping

We are a Canadian company, Altaro Research Inc. (www.altaroresearch.net), looking to establish a reliable U.S.-based fulfillment operation. We are seeking an individual or small fulfillment company capable of receiving inventory, securely storing products, processing orders, and shipping directly to customers throughout the United States. This is intended to be a long-term partnership as our business continues to grow. Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory shipments Store inventory in a secure and organized manner Maintain accurate inventory counts Pick, pack, and ship customer orders Provide shipment tracking information Communicate inventory levels when replenishment is required Process orders promptly and professionally Preferred Qualifications Experience with order fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce operations Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar fulfillment platforms Ability to store inventory in a clean, secure environment Experience handling ongoing fulfillment operations Strong communication and attention to detail Ideal Setup We are open to: Home-based fulfillment operations Small warehouse operators Independent fulfillment providers Boutique 3PL companies Please Include Your location Available storage space Current fulfillment experience Approximate order volume you can handle Any fulfillment software you currently use Whether you have experience receiving international shipments We are looking for a dependable long-term partner in the United States and would love to discuss your capabilities and experience.
