Full Brand Identity for Women's Padel
Worldwide
Brand Identity Designer — Premium Women's Padel Apparel Brand (Fashion/Activewear Experience) Category: Design & Creative → Brand Identity Design Budget: $1,500–$2,500 fixed price, milestone- based Location preference: Latin America strongly preferred (Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico) We're building PDL, a house of premium padel brands launching in the two hottest US padel markets: Miami/Florida and Austin, Texas. Our first sub-brand is a women's padel apparel line built on one idea: true performance wear you'd never have to change out of. Every piece is optimized for play — tennis/ pickleball-grade construction — but styled so she looks exactly right sipping a cocktail at the wellness club afterward. Quiet luxury, court-to-club. Padel was born in Latin America and grew up in Argentina and Spain. We want a designer who carries that culture natively — someone who understands both the sport's Latin soul and the elevated, fashion-first sensibility our customer expects. If you've designed for women's fashion, activewear, or lifestyle brands and you know what a bandeja is, we want to hear from you. Who our customer is (full research pack provided on shortlist): Affluent, socially connected women, 25–45, in Miami and Austin. Nearly 45% of US padel players are women — the fastest-growing segment three years running — with strong Latina representation, especially in Florida. She's image-conscious and community-driven; padel is her social identity, not just her workout. She wears her kit from the court to brunch. Her taste codes: quiet luxury, refined neutrals with confident accents, subtle branding, elevated fabrics — never loud, never gym-basic. Scope — Full Brand Identity: Logo system — PDL master brand mark + women's sub-brand lockup (flexible architecture; more sub- brands will follow) Color palette — primary + secondary, built for apparel, packaging, and digital Typography system — display + body, licensed for commercial use 1. 2. 3. PDL — Confidential · 1 / 5 Brand guidelines — a concise, usable PDF: logo rules, palette, type, photography/art direction, tone- of-voice keywords, application examples (apparel tag, social post, web header) Milestones: - M1: Discovery + 2–3 creative territories (moodboards) — 25% - M2: Chosen direction developed: logo system + palette + type — 50% - M3: Final files + brand guidelines PDF — 25% Timeline: 3–4 weeks. To apply, please include: 1. Portfolio pieces for women's fashion, activewear, beauty, or lifestyle brands (links, not just attachments) 2. One sentence on how you'd make a brand read as both serious performance wear AND right for a cocktail at a members' wellness club — without using a racket in the logo 3. Your connection to padel or racket sports, if any (not required — taste matters more) Generic proposals will be declined. Start your proposal with the word "Bandeja" so we know you read this.
