Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant — Multi-Location Dental Group (QuickBooks, Long-Term)

We're a multi-location dental group in South Florida with several related entities and an in-house lab. We're looking for one experienced, detail-obsessed bookkeeper to own our books long-term. You'll handle: Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks across multiple entities Bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close Monthly P&L and cash-flow reports per entity Overseeing daily patient payment entry and AR follow-up by our billing team Keeping records audit-ready and coordinating with our CPA at tax time Requirements: 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping, multi-entity experience required QuickBooks Online expert (ProAdvisor certification a plus) Top Rated on Upwork with 95%+ Job Success Score Excellent written English; dental/healthcare exposure a plus but not required Willing to sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement Any time zone, but available for a weekly video check-in Hours: 30–40 hrs/week, long-term.
