Summary

We’re looking for a full-cycle client acquisition partner to help us bring in US-based clients for a UK software and AI development studio. About Meridian Studio: Meridian builds custom software, AI automations, internal tools and workflow systems for businesses that are stuck with manual admin, spreadsheets, disconnected tools or inefficient processes. This is not just a lead generation role. We’re looking for someone who can eventually own the full acquisition pipeline: Outreach → Discovery Call → Sales Call → Closed Client The role would include: - Researching US businesses in specific industries - Finding decision-makers - Running cold email and LinkedIn outreach - Helping shape outreach strategy - Managing leads and follow-ups - Running initial discovery calls - Identifying real business problems and pain points - Booking prospects into sales calls - Helping close deals - Keeping all activity clearly logged Our main outreach approach will be a “podcast-style” discovery method. The idea is to start warmer conversations with founders, directors and operators by asking about their business, industry, challenges and growth. From there, we identify operational pain points and see whether Meridian can help with software, automation or internal systems. You do not need to be a developer, but you must be able to understand and sell business outcomes clearly: saving time, reducing manual work, improving internal workflows, automating admin, replacing spreadsheets, and building better systems. We are especially interested in people with experience in: - B2B sales - Lead generation - Cold email - LinkedIn outreach - Appointment setting - Discovery calls - Closing service-based deals - Selling software, marketing, automation, consulting or agency services This will start as a lean role, but there is room to grow into a senior acquisition partner position. Strong performers may also be able to build a small team underneath them over time. Compensation can be structured around performance, with commission/bonus available for closed and paid client work.
