Job Description: OWF is looking for a direct, firm, and completely self-sufficient B2B Sales Representative for an ongoing part-time role. Your mission is to handle our end-to-end outbound sales pipeline, ensuring our high-volume outreach translates directly into closed clients. This is a full-cycle sales position. You will be responsible for dialing our targeted lead lists, bypassing gatekeepers, executing our brief operational discovery audits, and handling the entire closing process yourself. CRITICAL SCOPE NOTE: You are NOT being hired as a casual telemarketer or an appointment setter who hands deals off to someone else. We do not use soft scripts or casual pleasantries. We need an authoritative closer whose entire focus is command on the phones, bypassing front desks, and securing signed contracts with business owners. Target Market: Our targets are trade contractors. You must be comfortable speaking to busy business owners in blue-collar industries. Schedule & Hours: Commitment: Part-time, 4 hours per day. Days: Tuesday to Friday (16 hours per week). Key Responsibilities: Cold Outreach: Maintain a high volume of 100+ dials per day within your 4-hour shift using our CRM pipeline and calling queues. Gatekeeper Bypass: Command immediate authority on the phone to bypass receptionists and get straight to the business owner or decision-maker. The Pitch & Audit: Pivot interested business owners directly into our brief operational audit. The Close: Handle all objections firmly, walk the prospect through our solutions, and secure the closed deal. Pipeline Management: Keep data immaculate. Move prospects cleanly through pipeline stages and log detailed call tracking notes in the CRM. Requirements: Authoritative Presence: A firm, direct communication style with a strong downward inflection. You must sound like an operational peer or consultant, not a needy salesman. Full-Cycle Tracking: Proven experience running an entire sales cycle from a cold dial to a closed contract on your own. Reliability: Ability to consistently work the designated 4-hour daily window from Tuesday to Friday. Contract Structure & Pay: Type: Hourly Contract + Performance Bonuses Rate: $6.00 – $8.00 / hour base rate + $50.00 cash bonus per closed deal.
