Full-Cycle Bookkeeper – Outsourced Bookkeeping Firm (India-Based, Remote)

We are hiring a full-cycle bookkeeper for our outsourcing bookkeeping business. This is a long-term remote opportunity where you will be working with US-based CPA firm clients across different industries. Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing end-to-end bookkeeping tasks including transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end closing, and preparation of financial statements. You will also join client video calls along with our sales representative and confidently handle any bookkeeping-related questions. The role requires managing multiple client accounts at the same time while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Clear and professional communication with US-based clients is expected at all times. Requirements You should have at least 4 to 5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience. Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is mandatory. QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is required. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential. You must be based in India. Experience working with clients across multiple industries is preferred. You should be comfortable attending live video calls during US business hours. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work setup are necessary. Nice to Have Experience with Xero Knowledge of payroll software such as QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto, ADP, or Xero Payroll Prior experience working with a CPA firm, EA, or bookkeeping outsourcing company Compensation The monthly compensation ranges between ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, depending on experience.
