๐ ARE YOU A RECRUITING ROCKSTAR WHO LOVES THE MORTGAGE INDUSTRY? WE WANT YOU! We're a fast-growing mortgage company on a mission to build the best team of Loan Officers in the country โ and we need a driven, sharp, full-cycle recruiter who doesn't just find people, but WINS them over. This is NOT a "send me a list of leads" role. We need a true talent partner who can take a candidate from first contact all the way to a handshake โ and make them excited to join us. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO --- You'll own the full recruiting pipeline for Mortgage Loan Officers, including: โ Proactively sourcing qualified MLO candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks) โ Conducting in-depth screening calls โ evaluating production history, current volume, deal flow, and career goals โ Assessing needs: What is the candidate looking for? Compensation structure, support, technology, leads? โ Evaluating culture fit: Are they aligned with our team values, work ethic, and long-term vision? โ SELLING our opportunity โ you'll be a brand ambassador who can articulate why we're the best place for a top-producing LO to grow โ Guiding candidates through every step of the process and keeping them warm and engaged โ Handing off only fully vetted, interview-ready candidates for the final conversation with leadership We want someone who can have a real conversation, ask the hard questions, and get candidates genuinely excited โ not just submit a pile of unqualified resumes. --- WHO YOU ARE --- ๐ฅ You have experience recruiting in the mortgage, financial services, or sales industry (mortgage recruiting experience is a BIG plus) ๐ฅ You're a natural communicator โ confident on the phone, persuasive, and personable ๐ฅ You know how to read between the lines: you understand production metrics, commission structures, and what motivates top LOs ๐ฅ You're proactive and self-motivated โ you don't wait to be told what to do ๐ฅ US-based preferred for time zone alignment and industry familiarity ๐ฅ You're honest, organized, and treat every candidate with professionalism --- COMPENSATION --- ๐ฐ Hourly Rate: $10 - $35/hr (based on experience and fit) ๐ฐ BONUS: Performance bonuses tied to successful hires and production outcomes โ when the LOs you place succeed, YOU succeed This is a long-term opportunity with real earning potential for the right person.
