Full-Cycle Sales Rep for Video Editing Services

I own a video editing business and I’m looking for someone to handle the sales side of it. I do NOT need a video editor. I need someone who can find businesses, creators, agencies, coaches, YouTubers, or other good-fit clients, vet them, reach out, follow up, explain what I offer, and help close them into paid video editing work, ideally recurring monthly clients. I’m not looking for someone who only gives me lead lists or only books appointments. The goal is actually bringing in paying clients. I’d like to start with a small paid trial, and I’m open to commission/performance bonuses for clients you personally bring in and successfully close. If you have experience selling video, marketing, creative, social media, or other service-based work, even better.
