Pure Heart Staffing® is a boutique healthcare staffing agency based in Roseville, California. We place nurses, CNAs, dental professionals, advanced practice providers, and behavioral health clinicians into facilities that actually know our names — because we pick up the phone, we fill what we say we'll fill, and we tell the truth when something breaks. That last part matters. The reason our clients stay is not our tech stack. It's that we never ghost them, we never push through a warm body to close a gap, and we never promise coverage we can't deliver. If you've spent time at a big national shop where the metric was submittals and nobody remembered the candidate's name by Friday, this will feel different. We're looking for a full-desk recruiter to own a pipeline end to end. What you'll do: --Source healthcare candidates across our four verticals: nursing, behavioral health, advanced practice providers, and dental. --Screen for fit, license status, availability, and reliability — not just a pulse and a resume. --Manage the credentialing checklist and chase down documents so nothing stalls at the finish line. --Submit qualified candidates to client facilities and keep them warm through interview, offer, and start date. --Keep the pipeline clean and current so we always know exactly what we can fill. What we're looking for: --2+ years of recruiting experience, with real healthcare staffing or clinical recruiting in that history. --Working knowledge of US healthcare credentialing: RN, LVN, CNA, RDA, LCSW, LMFT, NP, PA, and what it takes to verify each one. --Comfort on the phone. Texts and emails get ignored; a call still breaks through, and we need someone who will make the call. --Written communication that sounds like a human being wrote it. --Self-managed and organized. You'll have autonomy here, which only works if you're the kind of person who follows through without a manager standing over you. What we're not looking for: --Spray-and-pray sourcing. No bought lists, no mass blasts. --Anyone comfortable submitting an unvetted or uncredentialed candidate to hit a number. Compensation: $6 per hour, 30 hours per week, plus a $250 bonus per successful placement. Open to recruiters anywhere. We work Pacific time, and there's flexibility as long as you're reachable during our business day. To apply, answer these three questions in your proposal: 1. Which healthcare verticals have you personally recruited for, and roughly how many placements have you made in each? 2. Walk me through how you verify a clinical license and confirm a candidate is actually cleared to work. 3. Tell me about a time a placement fell apart. What happened, and what did you do about it?
