Full Instagram Manager Needed for Luxury Destination Wedding Company (Turkey)

I run a boutique luxury destination wedding planning company based in Antalya, Turkey, operating since 2011. We specialize in high-end weddings for international clients including UK, US, Persian, and Middle Eastern couples. I am looking for one dedicated person to take full ownership of our Instagram presence on an ongoing monthly basis. What you will receive from me: Raw photos and videos from real weddings Basic brief on each wedding (style, nationality, venue) What I need you to deliver: Edit photos for Instagram (color, crop, consistency with luxury aesthetic) Cut raw wedding footage into attention-grabbing Reels with strong hooks Write English captions in luxury, elegant tone - no generic phrases Research and provide relevant hashtag sets per post Organize and maintain Instagram Highlights Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule Full account management, not just posting Requirements - non-negotiable: Portfolio showing real wedding Instagram accounts you have managed Experience in luxury or high-end wedding niche specifically Native or near-native English writing ability Video editing skills for Reels, not just static posts Reliable, consistent, long-term commitment I am not looking for someone who just schedules posts.
