Full Shopify Website Build + Wix Migration + Vendoo Connection + Custom Receipt Template

We are a Pennsylvania-based reseller of antiques, collectibles, luxury goods, sneakers, trading cards, jewelry, coins & bullion. We currently use Wix + Vendoo and need to build a brand-new Shopify store from scratch (dropping Wix completely). Scope of Work: • Create a brand-new Shopify store and fully migrate all content and SEO from Wix • Connect Vendoo for real-time cross-listing and inventory sync (already in place) • Import full inventory via CSV (including photos via URLs, SKUs, COG/cost per item, legacy items with estimated costs, and category tags like #Antiques #Luxury #Sneakers) • Full custom Shopify website design: modern, premium, clean theme optimized for high-value resale items (homepage hero, collection and information pages, product pages with zoom, authenticity badges, size charts for sneakers, mobile-first, fast loading) • Custom printable “Purchase Receipt” template for in-person buys (with seller signature line, PA secondhand dealer compliance language, and space for LeadsOnline TX reference) • Install & configure essential free apps (e.g. Matrixify, Metafields Guru, Shopify POS) • Basic SEO setup + 30-minute training / handover call at the end Must Have: • Proven portfolio of full Shopify designs and Wix → Shopify migrations • Experience with custom receipt/invoice templates and inventory imports • Ability to complete the entire project in 30 days Skills Needed: Shopify, Shopify Theme Customization, Shopify Migration, Liquid, Ecommerce Design Milestones (Payments released after approval of each): 1. 30% – New Shopify store created + full Wix migration completed + basic theme applied 2. 40% – Vendoo connection + full inventory import (photos, COGS, legacy items, tags) + custom website design finished 3. 30% – Custom Purchase Receipt template + Shopify POS setup + training call + final handover Please include in your proposal: • Your exact fixed price • Estimated timeline • Link to 2–3 relevant Shopify stores you’ve built • Confirmation you are based in the Philippines Looking forward to working with a reliable Philippines-based Shopify expert!
