Summary

We’re a fast-growing online English learning company focused on Spanish-speaking professionals. We generate leads through funnels, ads, and social media, and rely heavily on internal systems (CRM, automations, tracking, AI tools). Over the past 9 months, we’ve built our own internal CRM and automation systems. Your role is to improve, expand, and maintain these systems — not rebuild them from scratch. You’ll be working directly on tools that impact sales, operations, and revenue, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role with real ownership over our internal systems.
