Full-Stack Automation Engineer – AI & Zoho/QuickBooks Integration Operating System

We are building a comprehensive, near-fully automated Business Consulting Operating System. This is not a brochure website; it is an integrated, 24/7 commercial revenue engine that converts traffic into automated business plans, digital due diligence screenings, and interactive tools. We have a complete end-to-end operational blueprint, a strict system skeleton, and updated architectural client revisions. We are looking to hire a rock-star Solutions Architect/System Integrator to own the production build. The Core Architecture ("The Apartment")Storefront Layer: WordPress + Decoupled WooCommerce hosting fixed-scope "Sprints" and a modular Digital Tools Catalog (toolkits, calculators, reports, templates, dashboards). Identity Layer: Top-of-platform Country, Currency, and Language selectors mapped to active user sessions. Authentication Boundary: Strict user registration and login gates that must validate client sessions before allowing checkouts. Core Systems of Record: Zoho CRM (Client truth), QuickBooks Online Advanced (Finance truth), Zoho Projects (Factory task templates), and Zoho WorkDrive (Isolated folder structures). Integration Mesh: Orchestrated workflows managed via custom webhook listeners, n8n, Make, and Zoho Flow. Intelligent Governance Layer: OpenAI API middleware managing a multi-agent framework. Includes a Mandatory Human Review Lock that pauses work and triggers background AI deep-research sub-agents (extraction, summarization, risk drill-downs) when system flags are tripped. The Data Bank: A partitioned vector database managing localized context vectors across 54 African countries. Scope of Work (Phase 1 Contract)We are launching this build in disciplined engineering phases. This initial contract is for Phase 1: Discovery, Technical Scoping, and Schema Mapping. Deliverables for this contract include: Complete data dictionary and field mapping for Zoho CRM custom modules. Webhook webhook payloads and endpoint definitions to link WooCommerce checkouts straight to QuickBooks. Metadata filtering schema configurations for a 54-country vector database (Pinecone/Qdrant). Detailed LangGraph / Multi-agent orchestration loop logic blueprints. Successful completion of Phase 1 will lead directly to a long-term, high-budget contract to build out the production code in subsequent launch waves. Required Technical SkillsExpert-level knowledge of the Zoho Ecosystem API architectures (Zoho CRM, Projects, WorkDrive, Flow). Deep experience with QuickBooks Online Advanced API ledgers and webhooks. Advanced full-stack integration expertise using n8n or Make (handling complex branched logic and token variables). Proven background building multi-agent AI loops (LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI) and RAG vector applications. Solid backend WordPress/WooCommerce hook and database management background.
