Full-Stack Developer + Agent/Skill Builder — Claude Code, Python/FastAPI, React
Worldwide
I run a small consultancy building data, automation, and custom software for SMBs — legal, home services, fitness, and other data-heavy businesses. Work is picking up and I need a second set of hands. Two things make this role different from a standard full-stack gig. First, I build with Claude Code every day and want someone who works the same way. Second, a real chunk of the work is building agent capability itself — skills, MCP servers, subagents, and the internal tooling that makes the rest of the work faster. If "write a skill that packages this workflow so we never do it by hand again" sounds like a good day, keep reading. What you'd work on: Agent skill development — authoring skills, MCP servers, and subagents for client workflows and internal use FastAPI/Python backends and data pipelines (GCP, BigQuery, Cloud Functions/Run) React frontends — internal tools, dashboards, client-facing apps Supabase/Postgres schema and API work CRM and third-party integrations (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Lawmatics, HubSpot-type systems) LLM features: RAG, structured extraction, evals Requirements: Daily Claude Code user with real agentic workflow experience — custom commands, MCP servers, subagents, hooks, whatever you've built You've authored agent skills and understand the design side: what belongs in the instructions vs. bundled scripts, how to write a description that actually triggers, when a skill beats a prompt 3+ years shipping production Python and React Real GCP experience (not just "I've used Firebase") The judgment to know when the agent's output is wrong — I'm hiring an engineer who moves fast with AI, not someone who ships whatever it generates Available for a standing weekly video call at a fixed time — [Tuesdays, 10:00 AM US Eastern]. This is a hard requirement, not a preference. Camera on. Clear written English, asks questions early Nice to have: Supabase, geospatial work, Salesforce, dbt, evals/observability for LLM systems Logistics: Hourly, [10–20] hrs/week to start with room to grow. [3+ hours overlap with US Eastern] plus the standing weekly call. Long-term if it works out — I'd rather find one good person than churn through ten.
