Full Stack Developer / Back End Developer Consultation – React Native / Next.js / Node.js

We're building a mobile and web SaaS platform for travel authorization automation and concierge services for a remote destination. The core product covers document management, payment processing, AI-generated forms, activity booking, and real-time support — all in one app for travelers. We need a senior full stack developer or backend developer for an architecture consultation to review our current setup, identify bottlenecks, and help us make the right calls on scaling and new feature development. What we're working with: React Native (mobile), Next.js (web), Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit, REST APIs, Python, and MS365 ecosystem touchpoints for document handling and email workflows. What we need your input on: Backend architecture review — service structure, API design, database schemas for users, documents, and requests Document pipeline — upload, PDF conversion, AI-assisted form generation (OpenAI or Claude), automated email dispatch Auth system — traveler and admin roles, JWT, OTP flows Third-party integrations — Stripe, WhatsApp API, SendGrid AI layer — document auto-fill from uploads, GPT-based concierge chatbot with admin fallback Offline-capable mobile features — content and map caching Admin panel — user management, status tracking, chatbot knowledge base updates MS365 compatibility for document generation and storage You're a fit if you have: 5+ years full stack development, backend, or web development experience Strong Node.js, Next.js, React + React Native, TypeScript background Experience reviewing and improving production SaaS architecture REST API design and third-party integration experience PostgreSQL or Firebase database design AI integration experience (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar language models - specify which ones you’ve worked with) MS365 familiarity (bonus) Docker / Azure / cloud deployment (bonus) This is a paid consultation — fixed scope, clear output.
