Full-Stack Developer to Build Online Gaming Authority Website, Public Register & Verification Portal

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small web development agency to build a professional licensing authority website for an online gaming / internet gaming licence project. The website will be similar in functionality to existing gaming licence authority websites, but must be built as an original platform with its own branding, design, structure, and wording. We are not looking to copy another website directly. The platform needs to include a public-facing website, a searchable licence register, dynamic licence verification pages, and a secure backend admin panel where licence records can be created and managed. The main goal is that when we add licence information into the backend, the system automatically: Adds the operator to the public licence register Generates a unique licence verification page Creates a verification/seal link that the operator can place on their own website Updates the licence status publicly if we change it in the backend The design should look clean, official, trustworthy, and suitable for a government-style or regulatory authority website.
