Full-Stack Developer – AI Career Coaching Web App (RAG + Next.js + Supabase)

We're building PGPT — a web-based AI career coaching assistant that helps students and graduates with CV reviews, cover letter feedback, and voice-enabled mock interviews. The AI is grounded in a proprietary knowledge base (RAG system), so all advice reflects a specific coaching methodology rather than generic output. Stack: Next.js (or similar React framework), Supabase (auth, database, file storage, pgvector for RAG), Stripe for subscriptions, and a commercial LLM API (Gemini preferred). Hosting on Vercel. Key modules to build: - User accounts, profiles, and onboarding tour - RAG knowledge base ingestion pipeline + guided chat engine - CV/cover letter review: text analysis + 5-point visual design check using a vision LLM - Voice-enabled practice interviews (speech-to-text transcription) - Tiered subscriptions (Basic/Premium) with usage metering via Stripe - Admin dashboard: live metrics, per-user drill-down, weekly email summaries, low-rating alerts, knowledge base management, and AI persona configuration - GDPR compliance: consent, data export, hard deletion on cancellation - Real-time web search integration (Brave/Tavily/Bing) as a fallback tool for the LLM - "Book a session" CTA with configurable booking URL We have a full 10-page product spec ready to share.
