Full-Stack Developer + UI Designer — Deploy, Integrate & Brand Automotive Advisory Platform DESCRIPTION: I am the founder of CarBuyersNationwide and FightMyTotalLoss — two automotive advisory products built on 25 years of licensed dealer experience and exclusive wholesale auction data the public cannot access. I have two fully coded websites, seven additional HTML tool pages, a complete operations manual, and all content written. What I need is a talented developer-designer who can do three things: 1. Deploy everything and connect all systems so the full customer flow works end to end 2. Polish and refine the existing design and build pages that are not yet designed 3. Create a complete brand kit and social media template system I can use to launch This is not a build-from-scratch project. The foundation is built. You are deploying, integrating, refining, and branding. PART 1 — DEPLOYMENT AND INTEGRATION 1. WEBSITE DEPLOYMENT Deploy both HTML sites to Netlify or Vercel with custom domains connected via Namecheap. Both sites are single-file HTML — clean and straightforward to deploy. Must be fast, mobile-responsive, and SEO-ready on launch day. — carbuyersnationwide.com — main brand hub — fightmytotalloss.com — standalone insurance dispute product 2. STRIPE INTEGRATION Create three products and embed payment links into the correct CTA buttons on each site: — Spot Check Report: $49 one-time — Flipper Pass: $199/month recurring — FightMyTotalLoss Full Package: $129 one-time Configure Stripe post-payment confirmation email to include the intake form link for that product. Set up webhook notification to owner email on every successful payment. 3. INTAKE FORMS AND GOOGLE SHEETS Build two intake forms using Google Forms or Jotform that auto-populate a master Google Sheets order tracker on every submission. Four tracker tabs required: CBN Orders, FightMyTotalLoss Orders, Revenue Dashboard with auto-calculating weekly and monthly totals and MRR tracker for Flipper Pass subscriptions, and Rep Tracker for future network use. 4. SMS NOTIFICATIONS Integrate SimpleTexting or Twilio for two automated SMS messages per product — one triggered on form submission, one triggered manually by owner on report delivery. 5. EMAIL AUTOMATION Set up Gmail with five labeled draft templates preloaded and ready to send. Optionally configure Zapier or Make.com to trigger Day 3 and Day 7 follow-up emails automatically based on submission date in the order tracker. 6. AI AGENT DEPLOYMENT Deploy the existing CBN Business AI Agent — a fully built HTML file calling the Anthropic Claude API — as a password-protected internal page accessible from any device. The API integration is already coded. You are deploying and securing it. 7. ANALYTICS Install Google Analytics 4 on both sites. Configure conversion tracking for payment link clicks and form submissions. Create a simple GA4 dashboard showing daily visitors, traffic sources, and conversion rate per site. 8. END-TO-END TEST AND HANDOFF Before handoff, run a complete test of every flow — real test payment, form submission, sheet population, email delivery, SMS notification. Deliver a full handoff document with every login, every setting, and everything I need to run the system independently from day one. PART 2 — DESIGN WORK 9. BRAND KIT — CarBuyersNationwide Develop a complete brand identity system based on the existing site design. The site currently uses navy, white, red accents, and gold highlights with Playfair Display and Lato fonts. Formalize this into a full brand kit: — Primary logo and wordmark in horizontal and stacked versions — Icon/badge mark that works at small sizes — favicon, app icon, profile photo — Official color palette with hex codes — primary, secondary, accent, neutral — Typography system with display font, body font, mono font, and size scale — Logo usage rules — clear space, minimum sizes, approved backgrounds — Brand voice summary — one page showing tone, language, and style — All files delivered in PNG, SVG, and PDF formats 10. BRAND KIT — FightMyTotalLoss Same deliverables as above for FightMyTotalLoss. This brand has a completely different energy — dark, urgent, action-oriented. The existing site uses deep navy-black backgrounds, electric blue accents, Exo 2 italic display font, and JetBrains Mono. Formalize this into a brand kit that feels distinct from CBN but connects back to the parent brand. 11. SITE POLISH — Both Sites Review both deployed sites on desktop and mobile and address: — Mobile responsiveness on navigation, hero sections, and product cards — Loading performance — optimize any assets slowing the page — Visual consistency — spacing, type sizes, button styles, icon choices — CTA hierarchy — the most important action on each page must be visually dominant — Trust signals — dealer credentials, 24-hour turnaround, and testimonials visible above the fold No redesign. Refinement only. The design direction is set. 12. ADDITIONAL PAGES — Four New Pages for CBN Site Design and build four pages that do not yet exist, matching the existing CBN design system exactly: — About Page — founder story, 25 years of dealer experience, why CBN exists — How It Works Page — expanded step-by-step walkthrough with visuals for each product — Sample Report Page — interactive or static preview of a DealerIntel report, gated behind email capture — Contact Page — simple form, email address, response time promise 13. SOCIAL MEDIA TEMPLATE SYSTEM Create a Canva template kit — editable and shareable — for both brands: CarBuyersNationwide: — TikTok and Instagram Reel cover frame (1080x1920) — Instagram feed post single image (1080x1080) — Instagram carousel — 5-slide template for testimonials and tips — Facebook post template (1200x630) — Report delivery announcement graphic — Testimonial pull-quote template with savings amount highlighted FightMyTotalLoss: — TikTok and Instagram Reel cover frame (1080x1920) — Instagram feed post (1080x1080) — Before and After settlement comparison graphic — Testimonial template with recovery amount highlighted All templates delivered as a shared Canva folder with brand colors and fonts pre-loaded. Must be editable by someone with zero design experience — owner and VA swap out text and numbers only. 14. CANVA REPORT TEMPLATE POLISH Review and refine the existing DealerIntel PDF report template: — Apply finalized CBN brand colors and fonts — Ensure all data fields are clearly labeled and easy for a VA to fill — Add professional header with logo, report number, and date — Add footer with CBN credentials and confidentiality note — Clean PDF export at letter size — Deliver as a shareable Canva link FULL DELIVERABLES SUMMARY Technical: — Both sites live on custom domains — Stripe fully integrated with three products — Two intake forms connected to Google Sheets — Master order tracker with revenue dashboard — SMS notifications via SimpleTexting or Twilio — Email templates loaded in Gmail — AI agent deployed and password-protected — GA4 installed with conversion tracking — End-to-end test completed and documented — Full handoff document delivered Design: — CBN brand kit — logo, colors, typography, usage rules — FightMyTotalLoss brand kit — Site polish on both sites — Four new pages on CBN site — 10-template Canva social media kit for both brands — Polished DealerIntel PDF report template TECH AND DESIGN STACK Front end: HTML / CSS / JavaScript (vanilla — no frameworks, everything is already built) Hosting: Netlify or Vercel Payments: Stripe Forms: Google Forms or Jotform Database: Google Sheets Email: Google Workspace / Gmail SMS: SimpleTexting or Twilio Automation: Zapier or Make.com AI Agent: Anthropic Claude API (already integrated) Analytics: Google Analytics 4 Design: Canva for templates, Figma optional for brand kit Domain: Namecheap WHAT YOU ARE NOT DOING — Not redesigning either site from scratch — design direction is set, you are refining — Not writing any copy — all content is written and ready — Not building a custom backend or database — Not building a mobile app — Not managing ongoing maintenance after handoff This is a clean, well-documented deployment, integration, and branding project. A skilled developer-designer should complete all 14 items in 10 to 15 working days. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR You are a developer-designer who is genuinely strong at both. Not a developer who does passable design. Not a designer who can do basic HTML. Someone who has shipped real products that look great and work reliably. On the development side: hands-on Stripe experience, Google Workspace setup, Zapier or Make.com automation, and SMS integration are non-negotiable. Anthropic API experience is a bonus. On the design side: you understand brand systems, not just aesthetics. You can look at an existing design, identify what it is doing well, and make it more of that — not replace it with your own taste. You can build a Canva template kit that a non-designer can actually use. Strong English communication. Daily progress updates. No going silent. HOW TO APPLY Your proposal must include all four of the following. Proposals missing any item will not be reviewed. 1. One example of a project where you handled both development and design — include a live link if possible. 2. Your honest estimate of how many days this takes you working full time and how you would split the technical and design work across the timeline. 3. Your answer to this question: A customer pays $49 on Stripe. Walk me through the exact sequence of automated events you would set up so that within 60 seconds they receive a confirmation email with their intake form link, the owner gets a payment notification, and a row is created in Google Sheets. 4. One sentence describing your design philosophy when refining an existing brand rather than building one from scratch.
