Full Stack Developer — Membership SaaS Platform, Outseta + Airtable + OpenAI + PWA

We are seeking an expert full stack developer to build a membership-based web platform from the ground up. A detailed functional requirements document is available upon request after initial conversation. PROJECT OVERVIEW The platform connects a community of professional users who search a structured database, submit verified contributions, and export formatted outputs. Membership tiers control access to features. CORE REQUIREMENTS — ALL REQUIRED AT LAUNCH Membership and authentication system with multiple tiers, usage limits, and automatic tier upgrades based on contribution thresholds. Guided questionnaire search and standard filter search pulling from an existing Airtable database via API. Mobile-first design with full PWA functionality at launch — members add to home screen and use like a native app. AI-powered natural language search using OpenAI API — core launch feature, not Phase 2. Structured contribution submission with star ratings, dropdowns, photo and video upload, and disclosure checkboxes. PDF export — plain for standard members, fully branded with member name, logo, and contact info for premium members. Searchable content library with download access restricted by tier. Claimed listing functionality for third parties — display only, zero influence on ratings or rankings. Admin dashboard for member management, tier overrides, and contribution moderation. PREFERRED TECH STACK Outseta-first build approach — configure and build on top of Outseta for membership, billing, and user management rather than building from scratch. Webflow or Framer plus React/Next.js for frontend. Airtable API for database connection — database is already built. Stripe for payments — Outseta includes native Stripe integration. Brandeer PDF Dynamic or equivalent for branded exports. OpenAI API for natural language search. Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign for email automation.
