Full-Stack Developer Needed — Two-Sided Marketplace Platform (Venue Booking, UAE)

We're building Content Room, a mobile-first marketplace platform connecting brands, content creators, and corporate clients with unique spaces — yachts, villas, studios, and more — for shoots and events, booked by the hour. We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team to build a web-based platform (mobile-friendly across phone, tablet, and desktop). This is a two-sided marketplace: hosts list venues, guests browse and book them, and the platform takes a commission on each booking. Core features include: Location discovery with search, filters, and map view Listing detail pages with photo galleries and availability Booking flow with host approval In-app messaging between guests and hosts Guest and host accounts, host self-service listing management Reviews and ratings Payment processing with marketplace/split payouts — commission is configurable per listing, not a flat platform-wide rate Admin dashboard with reporting and commission controls Email/push notifications Native iOS/Android apps are a future phase — not required for this build.
