Full-Stack Developer Needed for Apple & Google Wallet Loyalty SaaS

Turkey-based and Turkish-speaking developers or small professional software teams are strongly preferred. I am looking for one experienced full-stack developer or one small team to build a complete digital loyalty platform from start to finish. I do not want to coordinate multiple developers. The selected developer or company must deliver the entire project under one contract, including UI/UX design, frontend, backend, database, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, cashier application, testing, deployment and documentation. The platform will be sold under my own brand to cafés, restaurants, clothing stores and other retail businesses in Turkey. MAIN REQUIREMENTS - Multi-tenant system for multiple independent businesses - Multiple branch locations under each business - Platform administrator dashboard - Management of businesses, branches, cashiers, customers and campaigns - Customer registration through a QR code - Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty cards - Custom Wallet card design for each business - Mobile-friendly cashier PWA with QR scanning - Configurable stamp requirements - Flexible rewards, including free products, selected products, percentage discounts, fixed-amount discounts and custom rewards - Birthday rewards with configurable products, discounts and validity periods - Campaign start and end dates - Reward expiry dates - Rewards limited to selected branches or products - Automatic Wallet card updates after stamp or reward transactions - Duplicate stamp and repeated-request protection - Complete transaction history with branch and cashier information - Automatic retry when an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet update temporarily fails - Secure card recovery if the customer changes phone or deletes the Wallet pass - Ability to deactivate businesses, branches, cashiers, campaigns and customer cards - Secure role-based access and complete separation of each business’s data - Reporting and CSV/Excel export - Deployment, backups and technical documentation IMPORTANT WALLET REQUIREMENT Generating a Wallet pass is not sufficient. After a cashier scans the customer’s QR code and adds a stamp or redeems a reward, the Apple Wallet pass must automatically update on a real iPhone. The Google Wallet pass must also update correctly on a real Android device. OWNERSHIP I am not looking for a white-label, reseller or subscription-based loyalty product. The following must belong entirely to me: - Full source code - Intellectual property rights for the custom-developed project - GitHub repository - Database and cloud accounts - Domain and deployment accounts - Apple Developer and Google Wallet accounts There must be no recurring per-business or per-customer software licence payable to the developer. PROJECT APPROACH I am looking for a cost-effective, professional and sales-ready MVP. I do not need an unnecessarily expensive enterprise-scale development. The first version does not require: - A native mobile application - POS integration - SMS broadcasting - Advanced marketing automation Please include the following in your proposal: 1. Confirm that you can deliver the entire project under one contract. 2. Provide examples of Apple Wallet and Google Wallet loyalty systems you personally developed. 3. Explain your exact role in those projects. 4. Provide your estimated fixed total price. 5. Provide your estimated delivery time. 6. Explain the technologies and infrastructure you will use. 7. Estimate the mandatory monthly and yearly infrastructure costs. 8. State your warranty and post-delivery support period. 9. Confirm that the complete source code, accounts and intellectual property will belong to me. Please do not apply if you can only generate static Wallet passes or if you plan to use a third-party white-label loyalty subscription. A detailed project requirements document is attached.
