Full-Stack Developer — Pharmacy Staff Management Web App (React + Node.js + PostgreSQL)

We are building an internal web application for a pharmacy called Apotheken OS. The system includes four portals: Staff Portal, Admin Portal, System Admin, and a Kiosk terminal. We have a complete technical specification (Pflichtenheft) and a clickable prototype ready. The prototype defines the structure and functionality — but we expect a full UI/UX redesign with new layouts and visual concepts. Design proposals must be approved before development begins. What we need: Full-stack development (React + Node.js + PostgreSQL) RBAC, WebSockets, Optimistic Locking, Audit Logging MEP24 shift planning API integration Phased delivery with milestone reviews and a staging link throughout Deployment to our Swiss server Post-delivery support (min. 30 days) How we work: We communicate via written updates and milestone calls We review and approve each phase before the next begins We expect weekly progress updates Budget: USD 1,500–1,800 | Deadline: End of July
