Full-Stack Developer — Production Migration (Replit → Vercel / AWS / Supabase)

Slate Accounts is a Melbourne based bookkeeping, accounts outsourcing and advisory firm seeking an experienced full-stack developer to migrate a functionally complete client portal from Replit to a production infrastructure stack (Vercel / AWS App Runner / Supabase / AWS Bedrock). The full project brief is attached. The technical scope is well-defined, this is not a rebuild. The target stack, environment variables, and migration tasks are all documented in detail. A skilled developer should be able to complete the technical work in one to two focused days. What will take time is the handover. Slate Accounts is led by a non-technical business owner. The successful candidate will need to: - Meet online to walk through the completed migration together - Set up new platform accounts (AWS, Supabase, Vercel, GitHub) collaboratively, with care taken to ensure admin credentials are properly handed over and documented - Explain what has been done in plain English at each step — "what is CloudWatch and why does it matter?" is a real question you should be comfortable answering - Be patient with questions and never assume prior technical knowledge The right person for this role is as much a communicator as a developer. The technical work is straightforward for someone with the right experience. The difference between a good engagement and a frustrating one will be whether you can bring a non-technical client along with you. If you are used to handing off to a technical team and moving on, this is not the right fit.
