Full-Stack Developer (Python + React) — Automation & OCR

STRICT REQUIREMENT: You must be fluent in Arabic (speaking and understanding). Please don't apply if you don't speak Arabic. I have a live, production application that I want to improve, optimize, and extend with new features. I'm looking for a strong, independent freelance developer who can take over an existing codebase, work with minimal supervision, and confidently ship to production. What you'll do: - Optimize existing features and build new modules - Manage background workflows, web automation, and document processing - Handle deployments and servers (Linux / Docker) and keep production stable and scalable - Independently solve API failures, automation edge cases, and OCR challenges Core requirements: - Backend (Python): Senior-level with FastAPI / Django / Flask + PostgreSQL - Frontend (React): Dashboards, state management (Redux / Zustand / React Query), complex async UI flows - Automation: Deep experience with browser automation, scraping, and portal integrations (Playwright / Selenium) - OCR & Passports: Proven experience with OCR (Tesseract, AWS Textract, Google Vision, etc.) on documents and passports - DevOps & Architecture: Docker, Git, message queues (Celery / RabbitMQ / Kafka), microservices, and end-to-end production deployment Who you are: You don't just write code — you understand servers, debugging, monitoring, and architecture. You solve problems with minimal supervision and deliver production-ready work.
