Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js + MongoDB) for Live Travel Platform

TripTribe (triptribe.co) is India's first community trip aggregator, connecting travelers with verified group trip operators. The platform is live and functional, built on a MERN stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB). We are looking for a full-stack developer to take over and continue Phase 1 development. This includes customer-facing features, a self-service payment flow via Razorpay, an admin panel with role-based access, and backend APIs. Detailed milestone documentation is available to share. What we need: Comfort picking up and understanding an existing codebase quickly Ability to work independently with milestone-based deliverables and clear sign-offs Experience with Razorpay or similar payment gateway integrations Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, and staging environments We work in a structured, documentation-first way with defined scope and change request processes. Deliverables are milestone-gated with written sign-offs before payment is released. This is a contract engagement to start, with potential for a longer-term relationship as the product grows. We are a small, fast-moving founding team based out of Gurugram.
