Summary

We're a growing small business looking for a full-time, long-term full-stack developer based in the US to build and manage the frontend and backend of all our websites and apps. You'll start by improving and maintaining our existing site(s), then take on new web and app projects as we grow. You should be comfortable across the stack (e.g., React/Next.js, Node, databases, hosting and deployment) and skilled at using AI tools (LLM APIs, AI-assisted coding) to ship quickly. Early-career, AI-native developers are welcome. Budget is around $5,000/month for full-time work. Clear English communication and availability during US business hours required.
