Full-Stack Developer — Telehealth Startup

Early-stage telehealth startup. Patients are coming in faster than our tech can serve them. Need one strong full-stack generalist to build, fast. You'll build: patient + admin dashboards, HIPAA-compliant EHR/patient portal, B2B white-label dashboard, payment integrations, bloodwork API integrations, patient automations, and AI-generated notes from intake data. We prioritize together — you won't do it all at once, but you move across all of it. You: full-stack generalist (front end, back end, UI/UX, automations), ship fast without hand-holding, modern stack (React/Next.js, Node, Postgres/Supabase), excellent English, self-directed. Healthcare/HIPAA, payments, and applied AI experience all a plus. $2,000/month 3 month sprint trial period. If we work well, we'll bring you on full-time. Don't apply if you aren't ready to move fast.
