Full Stack Developer / Vibe Coder for Web Apps | Frontend Backed Database

Lead Estate (leadestate.com) is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Vibe Coder) - Sales Tools & AI Infrastructure (Part-Time to Full-Time) We're building AI-powered sales infrastructure and we need a sharp, execution-focused developer with a laser sharp eye for detail and security, to help us grow it and expand the AI department. This is not a role for a traditional software engineer. We're looking for someone who builds fast using Claude Code and knows how to get real things shipped using modern no-code/low-code and developer platforms, predominantly Claude Code. If you know your way around GitHub, Vercel, GoHighLevel, n8n, Supabase, and certain boltons such as Resend etc - and you understand how these tools connect into functioning systems - you'll fit right in. What you'll be working on: The Vault - our AI brain that processes sales data streams, communications, and performance insights. This is being productised for client deployment and your job will be templating and shipping it, ensuring seamless integration on client's end and security all around. The Internal Sales Dashboard - a live, automated dashboard that streams and visualises sales department data in real time. Ongoing internal tooling, integrations, and new client-facing projects as the scope expands. The company is scaling past €2M this year and the most important item right now is visibility, transparency and tracking/attribution. Who we're looking for: - Comfortable across front-end, back-end, databases, and UI/UX - Strong grasp of how modern platforms connect and integrate - A security-first mindset - you QA your own work and catch issues before they become problems. With a lot of sensitive data involved, preventing entry breaches is priority which goes way beyond a single prompt - Fluent English, clear and direct communicator, available for regular syncs via Google Meet - Minimum 15-20 hours per week to start, with the clear intention to go full-time - Someone who wants to grow with the company, eventually owning both internal and client-facing projects and become the lead and shape this role Who you'll work with: You'll work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with real ownership from day one. Growth path: This position starts part-time and transitions to full-time for the right person.
