Full-Stack Developer – AI Voice Platform (Next.js + Supabase + Retell)

We're building an AI-powered Voice Receptionist platform for healthcare businesses that can answer calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and automate patient interactions 24/7. We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (individual or small team) who can help us build a scalable production-ready application while following security best practices. What You'll Build 1. Practice Dashboard Call review and analytics Lead pipeline management Appointment scheduling User management and permissions Reporting features 2. Voice AI Integration Configure and deploy voice agents Call routing and transfers Post-call summaries CRM integrations Knowledge base management 3. Backend & Infrastructure API development Database design Authentication and authorization Logging and monitoring Secure architecture implementation Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript Backend: Node.js Database: Supabase / PostgreSQL Voice: Retell, Vapi, or similar platforms Automation: Make.com Communication: Twilio Payments: Stripe Requirements Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL Experience building SaaS applications Familiarity with conversational AI or Voice AI platforms Experience integrating OpenAI or Anthropic APIs Understanding of security best practices and data privacy Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly Nice to Have Healthcare domain experience HIPAA-compliant application experience Experience with Retell, Vapi, LiveKit, or Twilio Voice Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or GDPR Engagement Contract / Hourly Long-term opportunity Immediate start preferred Flexible budget based on expertise In Your Proposal Please Include 1.
